An integrated solar photovoltaic-driven electrochemical water treatment technology have been developed with many advantages such as high energy independence, versatilityportability. The technology consists of photovoltaic systemelectrocatalytic/electrosorption processes, regarded as an innovative, energy-efficient water treatment system to remove organic pollutantscharged ions.
