Summary
Products of activated carbon have been extensively utilized in many aspects and technologies for carbonization and activation technology is critical to quality requirements. This invention utilizes wood materials with granulator machines in terms of the presences of powder in advance and then particulate matter to increase the wooden density from 0.2-0.3 to 1.3-1.4 for saving carbon furnace space, energy consumption, enhancement of carbonization and activation efficiency, and activated carbons as well. System modules designed in the invention are automatic control of high temperature pyrolysis, activated process, flow data monitoring, inert gas, and real time data collection functions.  The physical activation is adopted to infuse inert gas systems with steam air, N2, and CO2. The iodine value can be yielded up to 900-1,000 m2/g. Three invention patents in terms of lot-size, mass production, and manufacturing processing certificates were achieved in this innovation.
Scientific Breakthrough
This invention utilizes wood materials with granulator machines in terms of the presences of powder in advance and then particulate matter to increase the wooden density from 0.2-0.3 to 1.3-1.4. The breakthroughs of this invention are (1)linking pyrolysis technology gap in the activated carbon and raw charcoals material and solve the earthen kiln problem to have high quality of activated carbon in low costs; (2)devising a manufacturing process to generate vinegar, charcoal, and aactivated carcon; (3)developing a physical activation procedure by using inert gas systems with steam air, N2, and CO2; and (4)yielding the iodine value up to 900-1,000 m2/g. 
Three invention patents in terms of lot-size, mass production, and manufacturing processing certificates were achieved in this innovation.
Industrial Applicability
Application of vinegar and activated carbon is various. Vinegar contains 80-90% of water, 10-20% of acetic acid, and over 200 trace elements. Vinegar with activated carbon on livestock and aquaculture as feeding additives with antibiotic and growth hormone free is significant in both rates of survival and metal changing. The performance of both rates can be up to 10-20% and better than probiotics. A physical activation method is developed to generate activated carbon in the aspect of aquaculture and livestock. Activated carbon can be used as substitute to imported activated carbon, coconut charcoal, and re-generation of used activated carbon. The vinegar and activated carbon of leucaena plant is used as carbonized material and the implementation in aquaculture superior than other material.
