Summary |
The specific aim of this invention is to develop a simple platform to evaluate drug cardiotoxicity in vivio. We used zebrafish embryos as model to exam the cardiac rhythmicity from video taping based on ImageJ tool. We also performed ion channel ligand library screen and discovered six coumpunds with strog cardiotoxicity. The ligand-target binding protein interaction was also investigated by molecular docking and found one calcium channel with high binding affinity. |
