This technology aims to develop a set of UAV observationmonitoring technology for the atmospheric boundary layer. The Key technologies include mission-oriented integration technology, ultra-high vertical flight capability, long-distance data wireless transmission, real-time data displaycorrection, automatic take-off, data analysis technology,data upload to the cloud in 4G. This technology has participated in international experimentshas entered the stage of international promotion.

We proposed a positioning integrated gyroscope (PIG) with a unit price of less than US$3,000. A pilot test was conducted in the tunnel section. The positioning error of the MEMS gyroscope was 4,300 meters at a moving distance of 7.8 kilometers,because there was no GNSS signal in the tunnel. The signal of GNSS module only uses the built-in IMU for positioning, the maximum error is also 348 meters. We move 7.8 kilometers, the error is 89 meters73 meters, the overall error are MEMS (55), GNSS (4.5),the team＇s module (1.1), the internationally marketed inertial FOG (0.9).

NCREE has originally developed 5D digital space—on the basis of 3D city models and connections of different kinds of sensors around the world—is an online to offline virtual space with a combination of rising 5G technology advantages. Collecting and reorganizing various 3D cartographic data with Building Information Modeling (BIM), satellite imagery, UAV 3D modeling with high-resolution cameras, LiDar point cloud data, etc., can increase the diversity of the building and landscape to make the city more realistic. 5D+5G smart city platform speeds up all aspects of value-add applications of smart cities, including Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), Smart Energy (SE), and Ambient Intelligent (AmI). We expect that the 5D smart city becomes the digital twin of a real city.

Drone delivery is a popularemerging application at present. However, existing drone delivery systems can only deliver to outdoor open spaces via GPS,cannot directly to the interior of recipient＇s building. In the era of covid-19 pandemic, we aim to reduce human contactpropose a drone delivery system that can deliver packages to the doorstepthe interior of buildings,to achieve fully automatic control of the drone by developing visual positioning technique.

This project is to implement a 37-40 GHz mmWave transceiver supporting 4096 QAM modulationis utilized for long-distance 4K/8K real-time image data transmission. The 37-40GHz band is divided into 500 channels,the AI technology is used for the TRx to carry out digital calibration. The achievement is TRx module (SoC/SiP)would be installed on the UAV for wildlife resources monitoring.
