The aim of this study was to develop of high safety, high performance sulfide-based all-solid-state Li-ion battery (ASSLIB). The ASSLIB composes of a flexible, high ionic conductive,moisture insensitive sulfide-based solid-state electrolyte (SSE) film, Si/C composite anode material with self-healing polymer binder, high capacity LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 (NMC811) composite cathode,garnet-in-polymer solid composite interlayer to prevent decomposition of sulfide-based SSE with electrode materials.

Biomimetic adhesive has some characteristics: no residual glue, anisotropic adhesion, easy to be peeledstuckrepeated. Its adhesion could be adjusted depend on the application. The adhesive can be applied but not limited in wafer processing, movement of optoelectronic materials, 3C product assembly, daily-used fixation,producing a protective film for attaching to an object surface.

We use AI analysissimulation technology to produce decision-making parameters according to requirements input to designdevelop different materialspatterning technologies. The technology can quickly produce world-leading biomimetic double-sided tapes with broad applications, even in harsh environments. In addition to assisting in advanced industrial processindustrial automation for companies, the usage of the double-sided tapes combined with bionic grippers becomes a system for lifting thin plate objectseasily adheringpeeling repeatedly.
