Superconducting qubit is the basic structure for constructing the quantum computer in the current approach. The superconducting-quantum-bit simulation chips (SC-qubit chip) that consist of 1-4 qubits are manufactured locally by domestic researchers. The SC-qubit chip is designed for simulation of artificial atoms, their mutual interactionstheir interactions with microwavesvacuum fluctuations.

We developed a unique integrated quantum polarization entangled light source, in addition to generating a quantum polarization entangled photon pair, the integrated quantum chip also utilizes a special adiabatic optical light transfer array to integrate the on-chip polarization-dependent spectral splitting via the quantum tunneling effect. The integrated quantum light source provides a stable polarization entangled source for the more quantum applications.

We proposedshowed the ferroelectric materials served as a prospective substrate to support TMD to achieve a pn homojunction, as the accumulationdepletion of an inevitably charged mobile carrier occurs in the TMD to screen the polarization field of the FE substrate. This work provides a non-volatile control of TMD dopinga promising way to produce a pn homojunction as a future building block of 2D device applications.
