Summary
In the current of study, cell subsets, cell proportionsthe immune function of tumors-infiltrating leukocytes were used to indicate the features of tumor immune microenvironment in non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) with different type of EGFR genetic alteration.
Scientific Breakthrough
Previous, Guo Xinyi et al. revealed pre-exhausted T cellsexhausted T cells detected in patients with NSCLCs. In the current of study, we found the subsetthe proportion of tumors-infiltrating exhausted T cells were varied with types of EGFR genetic alteration in patients with non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs).
Industrial Applicability
Combining multicolor flow cytometry to detect cell subsets, cell proportions, immune function of tumors-infiltrating leukocytesEGFR genetic typing to explore a set of cellular biomarkerstheir corresponding molecular signatures for improving the efficacy of therapeutic strategies in treating non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) patients with different types of EGFR genetic alteration.
