近端監測吞服型無感式科技系統(PressureDOT ) 是一種無線腹腔內壓力監測系統的平台, 包含全世界最小的無線腹內壓力感測裝置(直徑小於10 mm,長度小於15 mm),透過醫療用藍牙無線傳輸,即時測量重症病人的 腸道壓力協助判斷腹內器官血液灌流壓是否超過警戒值(25 mmHg),提供醫護人員精準(精準度小於 ± 0.1 mmHg),腹內壓資料以協助正確的醫療處置,以降低死亡率。
本系統包含全世界最小的壓力感應偵測器,數據輸入及輸出儲存韌體,內置電源系統;訊號接收用外部天線陣列,以及輸出後數據分析整合軟體。它還提供壓力趨勢,腸蠕動以及進一步的信息,以確定這些腹腔內器官內的灌注壓力,提供醫療人員連續超過144小時的腹內壓力變動趨勢,
1. PressureDOT是用於重症監護患者的連續無線IAP監視系統。根據文獻和臨床經驗,在IAP > 25mmHg的情況之下,病患腸道會開始有組織壞死和潰爛之變化,當時間超過6小時的耐受期,就會進入不可逆之反應。當腹內高壓合併腸道壞死後,死亡率會高達5-60%。現今仍無可用於即時監測或預防IAH / ACS進行即時診斷的設備。
2. 全球唯一最小的膠囊感測器,可精確提供IAP以及傳輸信號,可吞服或用鼻胃管送入胃中,在體內可維持72小時以上。
3. 膠囊可即時定位判斷是否排出,也可判斷腸胃蠕動活動力。利用接收天線陣列收到的膠囊電磁波強度定位膠囊位置並精確追蹤監測蠕動速度之外,在膠囊停止活動點可以進行緊急開刀處置。
4. 持續的IAP監測可以減輕急性胰腺炎,並通過在發現早期體徵時促進及早採用藥物來減輕IAH / ACS的可能性。 IAP讀數可幫助醫生及時做出正確的決定,避免使用IAH / ACS,將死亡率從50%降低到5%。
