Summary |
This study applied Graphene and Fluorinated Graphene coatings on pool boiling heat transfer enhancement. Those effectively increased the contact angle of water and refrigerant R-141b from 54.4o to 99.8o and 14.1o to 29.1o respectively in comparing to copper surface. The pool boiling heat transfer coefficients increased 36% and 80% respectively by applying Graphene and Fluorinated Graphene coating. |
