The aim of the research is to develop smart sportswear for 3 Taiwanese Boxing national athletes to training and preparing for attending 2021 Olympic games. This smart garment design procedure takes only 8 hours from sketch to primary garment sample and the efficiency is 22%, in compared with last year. The smart clothing offers professional athletes, their medical team and coach construct smart swimwear in real time for both male and female users. The athlete, coaching team and medical team are able to read the date of electronic module to train athletes easily.

The research investigates the smart swimsuit applying four steps to collect key data, to illustration smart garment design, to form the avatar by CLO 3D, to illustrate garment pattern by using invention patent No. I1621405 then to construct the smart clothing.

This study focuses on developing a professional smart sportswear procedure to establish a first garment sample within nine hours. This cross-discipline research improves 31% garment fitting of pattern-making technology, adopting digital body scanner to save data in cloud computing, taking CLO 3D and Gerber to modelling flat garment pattern. These smart sports wears are able to help Taiwan national athletes to monitor their performance. The research team investigates on 20 athletes to design their smart clothing with two major functions, such as micro-climate reaching the stander of international completive sports of Olympic games. Then, coaching team, medical team, sports medical teams are able to improve the performance of athletes via smart clothing in real time.
