Summary
At present, the diagnosis of IgA nephropathy is still characterized by clinical characterization and invasive surgery, and pathological interpretation of renal tissue sections is performed to confirm the lesion. Therefore, it is exceptionally urgent to develop an IgA glycan-based anomaly analysis reagent with high readability and specificity. Here, we develop a novel analytical method using lectin RussiaSea-001 which specifically for N-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-amino-galactose (GalNAc/Gal). The affinity and binding ability have successfully developed a novel Gd-IgA1 detection method.
