Summary
The AI platform of exercise prescription is a software including accurate fitness assessment, exercise ontology, exercise equipment control system, and the design is based on Human Factors Engineering. Big data is a major construction in this platform, which encompass from previous studies, database of Sports Administration and ACSM. Other part of software includes anaerobic threshold, warning and metabolic equivalent inference, and through intelligent algorithm into a personalized prescription to give exercise advice or training courses. Our platform assembles the wearable biosensor and/or AR-integrating posture recognition, which analyzes the changes in physical fitness, cardiopulmonary/muscle health and flexibility. Combination with the arranged aerobic exercise equipment can effectively shorten the exercise time and achieve a better physiological adaptation; it also integrates the real-time information from physical fitness and modifies the exercise course in a timely manner.
Scientific Breakthrough
Our breakthrough encompasses "intelligent technology on Rehabilitation Science" and "medical-grade fitness assessment". At present, the rehabilitation of the elderly people is mostly based on “reablement”. The physical therapists have a unique technology which is based on implicit knowledge and it’s hard for standardization and replication. Our platform through intelligent calculation into a personalized prescription to give exercise advice or training courses. Combination with the arranged aerobic exercise equipment can effectively shorten the exercise time and achieve a better physiological adaptation; it also integrates the real-time information from physical fitness and modifies the exercise course in a timely manner.
