We propose a smart IOT solution which combined the existing public bicycle rental system, Electric Assisted Bike, low-power microprocessor, GPS/AGPS satellite positioning module and LoRa communication module to realize a smart bike localization scheme with remote monitoring and management features. Through GPS/AGPS localization sensor on the public bike, remote control center is allowed to monitor the position of the bicycle transmissions to prevent the congestion of the public bicycle station. Furthermore, combing the wireless charging system and Electric Assisted Bike, the proposed system will be very suitable for the long distance public rental bike in the rural areas, such as Yunlin, Hualien or Taitung.
