Taxis have been regarded as a key role in advancing tourism, as they can be used as tourist taxis to take passengers or visitors to realize deep tourism. However, the promotion of tourist taxis is not an easy task, as drivers are not only to play taxi drivers, but also to play tour guides to guide passengers or visitors to look around tourist attractions. As a result, so far only a few taxi corporations can develop tourist taxis because the most of drivers do not have the ability to guide passengers or visitors to understand the history of tourist attractions. To this end, our teams used Leap Motion to develop a humanize navigation system combined IVI system with tourist map to assist drivers in guiding passengers or visitors for enjoying tourism. Specifically, both the design and development of this system can not only promote the development of smart vehicles but also assist drivers in playing a tour guide to provide passengers or visitors with guide services. Finally, our teams hope to make concrete suggestions by using on our own experience to promote the development of smart vehicles and enhance the promotion of smart tourist taxis.
