Summary |
The present study applies the nano-formulation technology to enhance the solubility of andrographolide, the major active ingredient,reduce its particle size. The developed formulation improves the oral bioavailability of andrographolide. Additionally, supplementing with the andrographolide nano-formulation could effectively prevent gastrointestinal inflammatory disorders.
