A physical unclonable function (PUF) based mutual authentication scheme in conjunction with a trusted third party (TTP),the low power transceiver with secure wake-up mechanism are integrated for networkhardware security thereby enabling to extend the battery lifetimeensuring reliability for the IoT systems.
