Our team develop a continuous purification system utilizes a multi-valve device to control liquid flow precisely. It reduces materialbuffer costs, as well as the carbon footprint. The system simplifies purification, reduces pipeline usage, offers disposable components, enables intelligent operation,ensures a fully enclosed setup. Validated results demonstrate its ability to continuously purify proteins, reducing purification time by 75 while maintaining purityconcentration. |
Industrial Applicability |
This continuous protein purification system surpasses the limitations of traditional equipment with its small size, simple operation, high reliability,cost-effectiveness. It not only achieves the desired production capacity at 1/8 of the cost of other products, but also reduces solventchromatography resin usage by 75, significantly lowering purification costsincreasing the return on investment by over 20 for businesses. |
