"A method for establishing a solar cell model includes: 
 1. Continuously collecting relevant parameters of a new solar cell during a period of steady-state operation.
 2. Using these parameters for modeling the solar cell by a fuzzy neural network,setting the environment factors/values as input,the maximum generated power of the solar cell as the output. 
 3. Based on the established model, the repairedreplaced statusmaximum power generation of the solar cell may be predicted."
