Summary |
Infection by dengue virus (DENV) result in serious diseases ranging from acute self-limiting febrile illness to life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and dengue shock syndrome (DSS). In Taiwan, DENV infection is still a serious sanitary problem. To date our results, we demonstrated that the pyrazolylquinoline derivative compounds exhibited significantly inhibition effect at non-cytotoxicity doses on DENV replication. We used a DENV-infected ICR mouse model to show that pyrazolylquinoline derivative compounds, exerted anti-DENV effects in vivo. |
