The invention provides carbon fiber stove rack structure and the method ofmanufacturing the same, which make carbon fiber fabric integrate resin and form carbon fiber plate, cut the carbon fiber plate as shape of base and support member of the stove rack, and form a stove rack.The invention can speed up heat dissipation of the stove rack, reduce time of cleaning the stove rack, and reduce the weight of stove rack. |

重量輕:高比剛性(剛性/密度)及比強度,重量僅有鋼材之五分之一,鋁材的二分之一耐疲勞:一般鋁合金或鋼材之疲勞強度約為靜態強度(static strength)之50%,而複合材料則高達90%。 不腐蝕:抗化學性佳-在水氣及空氣作用下,金屬極易腐蝕故必須塗裝,而複合材料則無此缺點。不需要防鏽蝕保護,能完全不需塗裝程序。 尺寸安定性高:熱膨脹效應小,可製作淨尺寸或幾乎淨尺寸零件,節省後加工成本。 結構效率高:藉由最佳化設計可將零件數目減至最低,以降低組裝成本,並提高結構強度及效率。 熱傳導係數高: 一般常用的散熱材料不外乎鋁、銅等熱傳導率不錯的材料(180 W/m•K, 380 W/m•K),而碳纖維的導熱係數 180W/m•K ~ 900W/m•K。 |
Industrial Applicability |
Although carbon fiber is already a popular product in the market, it’s still necessary to select the right resin for the correct application, the most important part of this is when the resin is applied for the carbonization process. The carbon fiber is repeatedly dipped in the resin pool to create layer upon layer of carbon, and the quality of the finished product is generally higher than the commercial products. |
