研究內配合政府之食品器具容器包裝衛生標準法規,其中以PLA作為基材,搭配表面改質之奈米無機填料當作成核劑系統,經應用奈米無機填料達到加快結晶速度、細化晶粒結構之成核效果,再加上適當的奈米無機填料表面改性處理、相容化偶合處理,可進而提升相關特性,包括:耐熱性佳、仿陶瓷光澤外觀等性質,完成可耐溫之食品級奈米生質聚乳酸複合材料,用以取代現行通用之美耐皿製品,進而增加食用器具的安全性,並改善美耐皿製品耐用性差之缺點。 |
Industrial Applicability |
In this study, we can develop the food containers, which have the key targets of good food safety, high product durability and low manufacturing costs. Finally, we can obtain a significant superiority in recycling and reusing properties by replacing the conventional melamine products. |
