Summary
A solar concentrator formed by a transparent glass, a solar cell, a prism film and an optical coating can achieve a higher current generated from the solar cell, and control the color and amount of sunlight leaving it. In addition, the phosphor layer can be placed under the optical coating to increase the current generated from the solar cell.
Scientific Breakthrough
1.目前現有專利無利用菱鏡片、光學薄膜、厚透明玻璃與小面積太陽能板形成一種太陽能集光器,以達到較高的太陽能板發電電流。現有專利全部使用幾何形狀或面鏡或透鏡,以提高太陽能集光器的導光能力。
2.在本技術中,將菱鏡片貼附於厚透明玻璃上方,將光學薄膜貼附於厚透明玻璃下方,並將小面積的太陽能板貼附於厚透明玻璃側面,形成一種新穎太陽能集光器,可提高集光器的太陽能板發電電流與發電效率,因此將本技術改良的太陽能集光器應用於一般建築的玻璃窗戶,不僅可使屋內具有不同的陽光量與亮暗程度,且可提升玻璃窗戶的收光效率,提高太陽能板發電電流與發電效率。
3.將螢光膠層貼附於上述太陽能集光器的光學薄膜下方,將太陽光轉換成太陽能板響應較佳的波段區域,可再提高太陽能板的發電電流。
4.可使用不同的光學薄膜,不僅可控制集光器的顏色,也可控制離開集光器的陽光量,使得集光器具有顏色選擇與亮度的控制能力,且可提升集光器收光效率,並提高太陽能板發電電流與發電效率。
Industrial Applicability
The solar concentrator of this technology can be applied to the glass window of a general building, which not only can have different sunlight and brightness in the house, but also can improve the light collection efficiency of the glass window, and increase the current and efficiency generated from the solar cell.
