Summary
Technology localization of design verification for substructure of OWT by introducing the international OC4 project outcomes has been established, considering geological conditions of domestic wind farms, especially for typhoon and earthquake. The proposed load calculation procedure can be useful for design, O&M of future domestic offshore wind farms.

歐洲離岸現役風場的開發經驗雖可依循參考,但臺灣之海氣象條件及地質特性等情境不同於國外,因此本技術彙整國內氣象測站之環境長期監測數據,逐步建立國內離岸風機支撐結構整合設計驗證技術與工程設計分析技術,並參考國際離岸風機設計標準如IEC及DNVGL,完成參考離岸風機結合不同支撐結構於國內極端環境適用性的安全影響評估。

INER assisted China Steel Company in technology localization of design verification and engineering analysis for OWT through collaboration between industry and academia. It will be helpful for upgrading technology for the industrial engineering applications and nurture the related professional engineers.
