Summary
An equivalent LC model is developed to emulate the filter performance and to accelerate the design procedure. The source-load coupling renders this filter a cross-coupling effect which creates two transmission zeros by the passband edges for the signal selectivity enhancement.
Scientific Breakthrough
1.本專利案以懸浮帶線結構為基礎之濾波器架構,設計一款具多模共振之帶通濾波電路,中心頻率為5 GHz,頻寬達3.8 GHz,損耗僅0.85 dB。
2.針對本專利之濾波電路結構所開發等效集總元件電路模型,分析方便快速。
3.懸浮帶線濾波器設計引進源載耦合結構,此為同類型結構之濾波器首創,可增加兩個零點,各位於通帶的兩側,使得通帶與止帶之間的訊號選擇性更加強化。該零點位置的調控以源載耦合強度來控制。
4.濾波器結構與其等效集總元件電路模型之設計方法能有效快速的移轉至其他頻段與不同頻寬要求的濾波器設計上,具有普遍性與便利性。
5.本專利案的構想尚未見諸其他人所發表之文獻上,目前中華民國專利公報內,也還找不類似結構之帶通濾波器濾的資料。
6.需要無線通訊或是無線傳送與接收的場合越來越多,未來市場可期。
Industrial Applicability
The dual-band BPF based on suspended stripline resonator structures, has the advantages of double-side pattern, excellent EMC performance and good signal selectivity.  It can be used as a front-end filter component of a wireless communication system, such as wifi and WLAN systems, and cellar phone base station.
