Kitchen knife is one of the most frequently used kitchen things. Even though we always clean it after we use it, but are you sure that it is clean enough? Is it still have bacterial on the knife? In order to slove this problem, we invent a new design patent. We combine cutting board with ultraviolet tube. The use of the ultraviolet tube can sterilize and disinfect effectively.

today I will be presenting a multi-function cutting board. Kitchen have the most bacterial growth. Cutlery that are used daily often grow bacterias despite being cleaned often. We usually consume these bacterias without knowing they even exist. To solve this problem, we invented a patent which combines cutting boards and UV rays that help eliminate bacterias. After every use of the kitchen knife, insert the knife into the cutting board which contains UV lamps to eliminate bacterias. By doing so, there won＇t be any worries of bacterial growth after each use.
