This technique has the following characteristics: 1.We develop a novel three-dimensional skin equivalent made up of multiple layer human stem cells culturing to produce multiple growth factors within the scaffold fabricated with collagen/hyaluronic acid /gelatin, which former two are major features in skin. 2.We took a novel healthy and environmental view, by using Taiwan local species, optimizing organic cultivating conditions to produce industrially viable products. 3.We used a supercritical extraction system which preserved bioactivity, with the predominance of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction, no toxicity, environmental friendly, and high efficiency, to refine efficient biological elements. 4.Advantages of hydrogel: Large area film; 30 s quick-drying; Cool and pain-killer; Transparent and difficult to observe; Moisturization; Tension and contraction; Biodegradation; Extremely easy to clean; Compatible with makeup 5.Producing as multifunctional medical products, functional food and drinking and cosmetics containing anti-aging, cellular regeneration, tissue repair, anti-inflammation and whiting. |
