A vaginal stanch pessary which can change the radial size of an envelope thereof and form a pressure to the vaginal wall has an effect of high-pressure hemostasis. The vaginal stanch pessary includes the envelope and a support. The envelope is made from expandable material and has a chamber with a filling opening which permits a fluid to be filled into the chamber. The envelope further has a first end, a second end and at least one hollow channel. The channel penetrates the envelope from the first end to the second end and is separated from the chamber. The outer surface of the envelope has one groove at least penetrating from the first end to the second end thereof. The support has a joint end and a bearing end. The joint end couples with the second end of the envelope. The support has a bore connected with the channel. The external surface of the support has at least one dent in alignment with the groove.

本發明是依據醫師臨床上千次開刀經驗所設計之全新產品，可照顧子宮前後壁脫垂與陰道出血，也是目前醫界在子宮托類產品唯一可以術後止血使用，也可當成一般子宮托使用的全方面醫療產品。
本產品另外一點特色是醫界唯一充氣式設計，可適合絕大部分女性患者子宮與陰道的尺寸，免去醫生及病人浪費大量時間與金錢挑選適合的尺寸。且術後陰道止血子宮托中心會用硬度50度左右矽膠做支撐，讓產品先塞入子宮頸或陰道穹窿固定位置，再充氣膨脹矽膠氣室固定子宮托滑不出陰道，且可支撐陰道壁。

目前國內外市售子宮托皆以托住子宮為主，不具止血功能，無法同時照顧子宮前後壁脫垂，術後也無止血作用，尤其是陰道大出血、或是產後大出血。且市售子宮托尺寸眾多，醫生選擇尺寸需花費大量時間去選擇合適病人的尺寸，甚至病人要多買好幾個尺寸測試，也浪費大量金錢。因此本產品在子宮托類產品中是唯一可作為術後止血使用、也可當成一般子宮托使用的全方面醫療產品。
