Summary |
Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells have been wildly applied in regenerative medicine. Several clinical trials have been studied, such as cornea, retina, cadiac muscle, bone, cartilage and skin with outstanding results. Autologous transplantation become a major consideration in the regeneration medicine by using stem cells. Traditional method to gain ADSCs needs twice or above operation procedures. In vitro amplification of ADSCs requires a GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)level lab and increases the chance to induce mutation or contamination through the environmental factors. Many factors protract the application of ADSCs in regeneration medicine. Our team develop an automatic fast isolation of ADSCs machine for instate. The total isolation and purification time is limited within 1.5 hours with sufficient number of ADSCs and 96% purity. It is suitable for application in regeneration medicine. |
