The proposed antenna contains a shorted annular slot ring backed by the L-shaped strip. On one hand, the annular slot ring with a back L-shaped strip provides one circularly polarized wave. On the other hand, the stand alone shorted annular slot ring provides another circularly polarized wave. The strategy is to take advantage of the above two techniques.The antenna is well matched and has enough gains at 2.5 and 3.5 GHz band.
