Summary
This technology jumps off the current greenhouse using steel as a foothold. Although the strength of steel is much larger than that of plastic, but the corrosion resistance is insufficient. However, steel foothold with high cost has known. Most farmers do not want to used it. When the recycled plastic composites are introduced as foothold of greenhouse, the material cost will be reduced.
Scientific Breakthrough
The recycled plastic composite synthesized by the alloy technology, the mechanical properties: a maximum tensile strength of 709 kgf/cm2, an elongation of 5.2%, a bending strength of 1172 kgf/cm2, a glass transition temperature of 102 ̊C, and resistance to thermal deformation of 144 ̊C, flexural modulus 51780 kgf/cm2, melt index 2.5 , tensile strength >585 kgf/cm2 (ASTM) D638) after UV irradiation for 300 hours.
Industrial Applicability
The recycled plastic composite is mainly used in simple greenhouse brackets. This greenhouse can pass the test which is resisted with 13 series wind.
