We devise a novel Statistical Principle-Based Model (SPBA) for financial calculation chatbots, which includes advantages of traditional models while avoiding their pitfalls. Other black-box machine learning cannot be compared with our interpretable model. Our modules are at the core of language understanding and can be used to build a deep understanding dialogue system in various professional fields.

Our technology can be used for all Chinese language services. Due to the unique challenges in Chinese language understanding, many internationally renowned English systems such as Amazon, Google are not ideal. Our tools and algorithms can be flexibly used for dialogue agents and understanding systems in professional fields such as bioinformatics and finance, etc., with high versatility.
