Summary |
This project examines how landscape environments impact on human health and collects the research outcomes to build the database. The database will be used for suggesting the route plans for the purpose of relaxing based on the users’ physical and psychological status. The project aims to apply the research outcomes of landscape and human health into daily life, to strengthen and broaden the practical application of landscape research and to promote the urban residents’ health status. |
Scientific Breakthrough |
This project combines the environment experience with smart devices, and makes collecting the experiment data simple. With supports from research and new techniques, the project encourages the public becoming closer with nature. Besides, the project establishes a database, which collects data to explore the health beneficial effects of environments with physical and psychological indicators. |
Industrial Applicability |
This project uses equipment that is more familiar with the public and easier for getting the equipment, it is more likely to apply the system to caring facilities or farms, to understand the prompt influence of environments on health. Moreover, building models to recognize landscape elements and predict the level of health. This will help planning landscapes with more concrete means to demonstrate health benefits of natural environments. |
