AIP4:Ruby proposes innovative technologies to effectively solve the most difficult and valuable membrane protein problems, integrating membrane protein-based disease diagnosis, biomarkers screening and target drugs discovering. AIP4:Ruby integrates AI technology, CaMPNets and iGEMDrug to provide membrane protein biomarker screening to target drug development services, which can shorten drug development time. |

AIP4:Ruby integrates AI technology, CaMPNets and iGEMDrug to establish membrane protein-pathway-cancer-prognosis association for the most difficult and valuable membrane proteins problems. The innovation results have been successfully applied to the common diseases, such as fatty liver, smoking-induced diseases and diabetes, and found that JMY104 and JMY117 can be used as a new treatment strategy. |

AIP4:Ruby links basic research, translational medicine and industry based on our core value. We obtained 3 US and Taiwan patents. CaMPNets applied for membrane proteins drug targets identification, iGEMDrug is a pipeline tool for structural drug design and key features identification.
