Summary |
This work employs crowdsourcing technique to solicit the actions that are believed ethical by the public. Construction of ECB includes a generator of feature vector for different scenarios, a visualization process, a website to collect ethical actions from the public, and a database of the ethical cases and actions. The ECB renders an important basis for the development and analysis of AI ethical systems. |

The ethical case base (ECB) has four main features: considering four AI application scenarios and corresponding generator of feature vector, visualization process based on feature vector about conflicting situations, distributed surveys on website for crowdsourcing, and a database recording the ethical situations, actions, and personal background. |
