Summary |
We propose an architecture of IoTMA based on AirPlant. IoTMA provides the service of automatically watering and lighting plant in addition to smart control of indoor air quality and context awareness. We assemble the modules of air purifying, wireless communication, environmental sensing and remote actuator to create the AirPlant. The thermoelectric cooling module inside forms a cold zone in which the inlet PM2.5 is easily removed by wet precipitation. Its pressure drop is low. |
Scientific Breakthrough |
We make a destruction and reformation of air purifying way, and then create environmental manipulator. It is different with the traditional air purifier. AirPlant is not only the device of cleaning air but also is promising to the business of smart planting indoors. The multiple-functions of AirPlant is attractive to users and good for accelerating the IoT application of smart home. |
Industrial Applicability |
The suppliers of air conditioner or the companies of environmental management incorporated IoTMA into their business is able to provide the service of manipulating indoor air quality to those spaces under supervision of Indoor Air Quality Act. IoTMA is also a good tool for the service of interior planting. We are looking forward to cooperation with those company who are willing to develop business of smart home. |
