Summary
To increase the sawing performance of diamond tools due to the cutting edges of diamond abrasives are hidden and a phenomenon of abrasive aggregation generates leading to bad abrasive distribution. Patterning electroplated diamond piano wire process will develop to control the arrangement of diamond abrasives and hence improve the cutting efficiency.
Scientific Breakthrough
By patterning Ni-coated diamond abrasives we use the magnetic force and control the density of the diamond abrasives.
