Summary
This technique, combining the MAHVEF, may extend significantly the shelf life of fresh-cut vegetables for 2-8 times. In addition, the postharvest traceability system based on blockchain was newly established by recording all the treatment of postharvest processes in the supply chain,can actually control the every step from the farm to the table.
