Summary
For large scale solar cells, the high light absorbancecost-effective material, perovskite MAPbI3, was introduced as light-harvesting layers. Once combined with laser etching machine, screen printerdispenser, which achieved a procedure with flexibility for large scale module adapted 15.12cm2 active area. This module would demonstrate 7 V11  PCE under indoor light irradiation.
Scientific Breakthrough
All the procedures of preparing the carbon electrode based perovskite solar cell modules are under the ambient atmosphere condition. The non-encapsulated modules showed 11 PCE under indoor light illuminationstill maintained 90 PCE stability after stored at 20℃and 50 RH for near 2000 hours.
Industrial Applicability
In the future, internet of things (IoT) would require lots of radio frequency identification (RFID) devices for the need of data feedbacksend out. Our technique can solve the one-time used battery problem by equipped with super capacitorsmall energy store devices with our solar cells.
