2023 TIE Award celebrated remarkable achievements in semiconductors and net zero. With 171 entries competing, it was an intense battle!

Winners in Semiconductors
First Place: Chain Reaction from Israel clinched first with high-efficiency chip development and encryption algorithms.
Second Place: Taiwan's NEUCHIPS secured second with innovative AI accelerator chip.
Third Place: Canada's Blumind & Taiwan's Maxeda tied for third.
Adding to that, we have two additional winning teams: Taiwan's NaviFUS and Finland's Xiphera.

Winners in Net Zero Emission
First Place: US team CryoDesalination took first with LNG-powered seawater desalination.
Second Place: Japan's Thermallytica excelled with pioneering aerogel insulation.
Third Place: Taiwan's TSGC Technologies earned third for solar panel dismantling.
Moreover, the list of winners expands to include three more outstanding teams—Entomal Biotech from Malaysia, Taiwan's ITRI Industrial Technology Research Institute, and Japan's Watasumi.
